Prayer For Sleep: Seeking God For Deep And Undisturbed Rest

Dear Hashem, my compassionate Father,

As I prepare to lay myself down to rest, I seek Your presence and guidance in this moment. Your Word in Psalm 127:2 reminds me that "It is in vain that you rise up early and go late to rest, eating the bread of anxious toil; for he gives to his beloved sleep." I surrender my anxieties and worries to You, trusting that You will grant me restful slumber.

Hashem, You are the source of true peace and tranquility. Your Word in Isaiah 32:18 assures me, saying, "My people will abide in a peaceful habitation, in secure dwellings, and in quiet resting places." I long for Your peaceful dwelling to surround me as I seek rejuvenating sleep.

Father, I pray for deep and undisturbed sleep, knowing that You are my protector. Your Word in Proverbs 3:24 assures me, saying, "If you lie down, you will not be afraid; when you lie down, your sleep will be sweet." I ask that You guard my heart and mind, allowing me to find sweet and uninterrupted sleep.

Hashem, I seek Your divine presence and comfort. Your Word in Psalm 91:4 promises, "He will cover you with his pinions, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness is a shield and buckler." I find solace and safety in Your loving embrace, knowing that You are my refuge in the night.

Lord Yeshua, I thank You for being my ultimate source of peace and rest. Your Word in Matthew 11:28 invites me, saying, "Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." I come to You, Yeshua, and I lay my burdens at Your feet, finding rest and peace in Your presence.

In Your precious name, Yeshua, I pray, believing that You will grant me a restful slumber, enveloped in Your peace and love throughout the night.
